When In Vegas... Go Big or Go Home!

Remember Hangover?
Yep, I was a lucky brat that had a room with THIS view in Vegas.
I had a short business trip to Sin City, and only had one night to stay.
My realtor had booked me a room to stay at the Planet Hollywood, which I really appreciated, but I didn't mind sleeping on someone's couch.
The lobby had heavy moon lighting with crystal chandeliers draped to the floor for drama. Nothing like Venetian's lobby, that's for sure.
For Planet Hollywood fanatics, the Souvenir Shop was chockful of memorabilia and souvenirs for sale.
Aside from the Casino, Planet Hollywood also has the Magnificent Mile. An entire MILE dedicated to shopping and stores like Herve Leger, Ben Sherman, BCBG and other. I did major damage to this damn mile.
So the interesting thing: Since I arrived Thursday, the Front Desk gave me an upgrade on my room to the "Panorama Suite" since I would be exiting before their peak weekend period. The interior lobby had nice wallpaper that I wanted to replicate.
So I get to my suite's door... excited to see double doors which means it was a big room. Upon opening these doors, I'm faced with...
Another set of double doors! OMG, this suite has an double door foyer leading the the actual room. How the hell does this Panorama Suite look like?
Upon opening the doors, I'm faced with... 1,255 square feet of pure opulence and a seating area good for 10!
A 52 inch flatscreen TV on the side so it doesn't cover the windows
To my right is a large writing area which can be enclosed for privacy.
There's also a dining area for six and a powder room for your guests.
To my left is another seating area with 2 armchairs upholstered in graphic design, overlooking the Paris hot air balloon, including an Ipod docking station. Adjacent to that, is a wet bar where you can slosh it up.
The freaky part would be the costumes and real movie memorabilia that are back lit as display on the walls, this medieval gown from a movie totally spooked me silly...

The bedroom was such a whimsical room with striped backwall and a king bed that had super comfy sheets. The freaky part: more costumes and memorabilia to haunt me in my sleep. :s
The bathroom was lavish with double sinks, a spacious shower, and a toilet room for privacy.
And something for the boys: The oversized Roman Tub's has a retractable wall that opens up to the living area! Ya know, so you can bubble bath with a view or... You can think of 10 dirty thoughts with a bathtub like this.
But room aside, the selling point of the Panorama suite is the exquisite 180 degree view of the Vegas Strip, with the Bellagio, Paris,  Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysee and the other hotels as your view. I would pay to have this view anytime.
Feels like I'm in Paris already,
It is even prettier at night, when the Bellagio fountains  do their dance and light number choreographed to classical music.

I mean... Come On.
Who wants to hit the strip when I have the Panorama Suite at my beck & call?
Too bad I was all alone in this enormous room. I should've called roommate for a crazy Vegas getaway!
